Anniversary #3!

Our 3rd Anniversary is celebrated this week. Instead of a strip, we will have a pin-up of a character not getting much screen time at the moment; one hot guy I know you all look forward to seeing;)

In other news, I have been approached by Top 100 Graphic Novels.com and asked if it would be okay to display a strip or two. We made it to THAT list?? REALLY?? *eyes widen* Wow… So that’s all I know and I’ll be keeping you all posted. Thanks for the support and continued readership. And please comment!

Arno and Beedoo!> Forgive me for not posting this up earlier, and for not providing a link to your webcomic earlier.

A little backstory: Jade Griffin is a character created to display my persona online in the Disney’s “Gargoyles” community which has bled over into nearly every aspect of my net activity. I encountered many very good people in the fandom whom I keep in contact with today. I have met in person many of them by attending the “Gathering of the Gargoyles” as often as I could. Two such good people are Beedoo! and Arno. Beedoo! hails from Arizona and Arno from Holland. To highlight their adventures, they started a webcomic starring their online personas: both of which are dragons. They even did a post about Dovahkiin.Please visit them and enjoy them as I have:)

I have permanently added Arno and Beedoo!: Sitting in a Tree to my site in the links bar and, again, I don’t know why I didn’t do this over two years ago. Better late than never, and at least before your wedding, guys!

ch.3 pg.56: “Lights In The Dark”

I loved working on the purple glow of David’s stones :)

NOTE OF INTEREST: I couldn’t decide whether to have Tin Dorothy still injured or show healing or full recovery so I simply went with the easiest and assume it took them a little bit of time to get out there and a brief pause to look over any injuries and heal them a bit before entering the crypt. Dorothy Conglomerate is actually the source of the healing but I believe she can lend her skills to another persona when it is out although it is not nearly as effective or rapid. Both Cindy and Dorothy can heal but Dorothy’s is the best “field healing” due to its more rapid nature. Humpty will heal to his usual cracked up self no matter what happens to him, due to his abilities granted by the shard (indestructible), but he cannot aid the healing of others unless it is to apply a bandange. I don’t believe Velvy can heal naturally. He’ll need some sewing, but he also does not appear to feel pain. Yay, character insight!
